TRICOCI REWARDS
A. No -enrollment in the program is free.
A.You must be at least l8 years old to enroll in the program and have a valid email as your username

A. Members receive points on purchases of services and products starting at 1 per $1 spent. Gift Card purchases do not earn points. Memberships and Series are excluded from program eligibility. To earn points, let the Guest Service Representative know you are a rewards member at checkout. To redeem points, let the Guest Service Representative know you would like to redeem reward points prior to payment.
MANAGING YOUR PROFILE
A. You can update your password in your my account. In order to update your username please contact rewards@tricoci.com.
A. No. the rewards account is valid for one
individual and is non-transferable. It is your
responsibility to ensure that someone is not using
your
points. If you feel that our membership has been
compromised, please contact us at rewards@tricoci.com.
POINTS
A. Points are earned on the net spend of all service and product purchases. Net spend is defined as product and service purchases less returns; discounts; rewards used. Sales tax & gratuity charges do not earn points. Gift Card purchases do not earn points on the purchase but earn on the redemption. Memberships and Series are excluded from program eligibility.
A. Enhanced members earn 0.65 point for every $1 spent on qualifying purchases. Elevated members earn 0.85 points for every $1 spent on qualifying purchases. Empowered members earn 1 points for every $1 spent on qualifying purchases.
A. Points are automatically added to your account twenty-four (24) hours after you earned them. Please allow up to forty-eight (48) hours. If after forty-eight (48) hours you do not see your Tricoci Reward Points, please contact rewards@tricoci.com
A.You can earn points on all services and products. Discounted products earn points on the amount paid after the discount. Gift card purchases, membership purchases, shipping charges, taxes, and fees are not eligible for earning points. See the Terms and Conditions for complete details.
A. Yes. members can earn their base and extra
reward points on the same transaction. For example. members
will earn a minimum of 100
points on a $100 qualifying
purchase. If there is an extra point opportunity. a member
will also receive the allotted amount after
the
transaction Is completed.
A. Points expire six (6) months after they are earned. Additional point opportunities will specify expiration in email communication
A. You can find the current number of points expiring in your member dashboard. This is provided on a 30-day basis.
A. Your points, base and bonus, are deducted from your points balance. If you do not have enough points, your bank will go into a negative balance.
A. A receipt is required for all returns and exchanges.

REDEEMING POINTS
A. At checkout, let the Guest Service Representative know that you would like to redeem points on your purchase. You can start redeeming when you have at least 400 available points, and a maximum of 1600 points ($20) may be redeemed per day.

A. Yes, your points can be combined with other discounts. Special offers will specify whether or not they are combinable with Tricoci Rewards.

A. If you use your rewards points to buy something and then return that item, you will receive only what you paid in cash/credit. You will not receive points back, and points earned during your original purchase will be reduced from your balance.

ELEVATED AND EMPOWERED MEMBERS
ELEVATED
A. Our Elevated members have additional benefits including a higher earning rate and double point days.
A. Reaching Elevated status requires a minimum annual spend of $700 (total qualified spending between January and December of a calendar year). Your membership will be upgraded within 24 hours once you meet the spending threshold.
A. There are exclusive benefits for being an Elevated member:
- Earn points faster at 0.85 points per $1 spent
- More enticing surprises
- Exclusive offers
- Double point days (provided at the discretion of Tricoci)
A. Your benefits begin as soon as status is recorded, typically within 24 hours.
A. When you first become an Elevated member, you will keep your status until December 31 the following year. For example, if you reach Elevated status on January 1st, 2024, you will maintain this status until December 31st, 2024. From there after, you will need to re-qualify every year to extend your status by reaching the minimum spend threshold.
EMPOWERED
A. Empowered status is our highest level with more exclusive offers!
A. Reaching Empowered status requires a minimum annual spend of $1600 (total qualified spending between January and December of a calendar year). Your membership will be upgraded within 24 hours once you meet the annual spending threshold.
A. There are exclusive benefits for being an Empowered member:
- Earn points faster at 1 point per $1 spent
- Exciting surprises
- Double and triple point days (provided at the discretion of Tricoci)
